As President, Daniel is focused on expanding the company's global footprint through innovative banking solutions, payment technologies, digital asset services, and strategic financial partnerships — delivering trusted, accessible, and borderless financial solutions that empower clients, businesses, and investors worldwide.

Shiva Narayan is Chief Executive Officer of Asprofin Bank Corporation, a private bank licensed in the Commonwealth of Dominica and founded in 2013, serving high-net-worth clients and institutional partners with private banking, wealth management, and digital asset custody services. Under his leadership, Asprofin Bank entered a strategic Banking-as-a-Service alliance with Digital Trvst.

Remi Soltys, M.D. is a physician, founder, and multidisciplinary operator working at the intersection of AI engineering, product development, marketing, and innovation. With a background spanning medicine, digital assets, business strategy, and technology, he focuses on building intelligent systems, launching new products, and translating complex ideas into scalable businesses and market-ready solutions. He leads multiple ventures, including RE-DU, while driving AI research and development, growth strategy, and creative execution across a 53-person team, with four new products planned for launch in the second half of 2026.

Oladimeji Ayinde is the interim CTO at Digital Trvst, where he leads innovation in secure digital finance. Backed by full-stack development expertise, he drives technical strategy to deliver trust and innovation in every digital transaction.
